Redditors are stupid people who think they are intelligent and considerate, which is why when scrutiny is applied to their ideas in moments when they are not under the full protection of moderation, they have a bunch of thought-terminating clichés and dismissive remarks instead of honest and direct engagement with the stimulus they disagree with.
