Black people in Atlanta average IQ of like 85 but have high levels of testosterone. So you have a whole bunch of really tough dumb people trying to prove they aren’t dumb. And worse that gives them a breeding advantage there. So every generation you get tougher and dumber blacks in us black cities. You do have a high level of high iq black folks who own much of the property there and they are fine. Maybe a little racist.
Most the immigrant black people I meet from like Nigeria are fine and I love all my black coworkers, friends, college classmates. But they are not your average A town black guy trying to sell you a album. I will pay any amount of money not to live around that.
